Fans and local nonprofit organizations are invited to join the Detroit Red Wings in celebrating Hockeytown Cares Night at Little Caesars Arena on Tuesday, March 10, when the Red Wings host the Carolina Hurricanes. The evening will highlight the extensive annual impact made by the Red Wings organization and their fans in communities across Michigan.

Nonprofit organizations supported by Red Wings players will receive special recognition throughout the evening, and the Detroit Red Wings Foundation is sponsoring a charity bag fundraiser. In addition, specially priced tickets are being offered with the opportunity for participating nonprofit organizations to have $5 of each sold ticket donated back to their mission.
The Detroit Red Wings Foundation has introduced a charity bag fundraiser complete with one-of-a-kind Red Wings themed memorabilia, with donated proceeds benefiting the growth of hockey in Michigan. Two packages are available for purchase, featuring an exclusive collection of merchandise not available anywhere else. Supplies are limited and expected to sell out.

Programming before and during Hockeytown Cares Night will highlight charitable impact made by fans, players, coaches and colleagues so far this season. A variety of nonprofit organizations supported by Detroit Red Wings players will be present at Little Caesars Arena for the game. Fans can learn more about the following organizations at information tables located throughout the arena - Detroit Ice Dreams, Arthritis Foundation Michigan, Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit, Detroit Public Schools Foundation, and Alzheimer's Association - Greater MI Chapter.
Special ticket pricing for Tuesday's game vs. Carolina, featuring the opportunity for $5 of each sold ticket to be donated back to a participating nonprofit organization, starts at $29 per seat.

In partnership with fans, key stakeholders and colleagues, the team leverages the power of hockey to provide innovative support focused on community investment and youth development. As part of Hockeytown Cares, the Detroit Red Wings Foundation continues to raise funds and resources in support of the growth of hockey within our community.
