When do Commemorative Ticket go on sale?
24 hours before every home game, tickets become available for purchase. These are collectable pieces and do not allow entry into the arena.
Are Commemorative Tickets shipped internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally.
How long will it take to receive my ticket?
Once you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a separate email with tracking information.
For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes up to 14 business days from the date of purchase. For international orders, please allow 17–20 business days for delivery.
How long will products from each game be available?
Once the ticket launches, it will be available for purchase all season long.
Does every ticket include an AR experience?
Every Physical Collectible Ticket will include an AR experience. Personalized Commemorative Tickets do not include an AR experience.
An internet connection is required to ensure smooth use of the AR features.
How do I access my AR experience on my Commemorative Ticket?
Scan the QR code conveniently located on the back of your ticket to activate your AR experience.
Is my Commemorative Ticket customizable?
Fans can personalize their Commemorative Ticket in two ways, depending on the product purchased: by adding their section, row, and seat number, or by uploading a personal photo.
What’s the difference between a Physical Collectible Ticket and a Personalized Commemorative Ticket?
The Physical Collectible Ticket features the section, row and seat of your original game ticket and includes an exclusive interactive AR experience.
The Personalized Commemorative Ticket features a photo you upload from the event, making it a unique keepsake. This physical ticket does not include an AR experience.
