The Detroit Red Wings will return to Little Caesars Arena for the first time in 12 days on Tuesday night as they host the Philadelphia Flyers. Puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m. with coverage on Bally Sports Detroit and the Red Wings Radio network.
Both the Red Wings and Flyers look a bit different in the aftermath of the 2022 NHL Trade Deadline.

Detroit (25-30-7) welcomed center Oskar Sundqvist and defenseman Jake Walman while trading away Troy Stecher, Nick Leddy and Vladislav Namestnikov. The Flyers (20-31-11) parted ways with longtime captain Claude Giroux, Justin Braun and Derick Brassard before Monday's 3 p.m. ET deadline passed.

Regardless of who is in the lineup, Red Wings coach Jeff Blashill expects his players to keep improving.
"We have to, as a group, continue to build and get better," Blashill said. "I think there's been moments this year that our guys can be real proud of themselves and proud of what we've been able to do, and then moments this year that aren't the case."

The Flyers are coming off a 2-1 win over the New York Islanders on Saturday. Cam Atkinson leads Philadelphia with 47 points (23 goals, 24 assists) while Travis Konecny has four assists in the last five games. Netminder Cory Hart is 13-19-7 this season with a 2.94 goals-against average.
Detroit is seeking its third straight win over Philadelphia this season. The Red Wings beat the Flyers, 6-3, on Feb. 9 at Wells Fargo Center and won, 4-2, on Feb. 12 at Little Caesars Arena.
