The 30-year-old winger and native of Sollentuna, Sweden shared some of his must-haves, both on and off the ice, at home and on the road.

Travel essentials

I always pack deodorant, Kevin Murphy hair wax and Tom Ford cologne. I need my iPad, too. I'm always trying to find new TV shows. I watch a lot of Swedish 'Survivor.'

Global brand knife set

When I'm cooking, I'm very particular about my knives. I always tell my wife not to put them in the dishwasher. It's a losing battle, so I think I'm going to have to get new ones. If I don't have my knives, I don't enjoy cooking.

Swedish snacks

We order some from back home. They're called punsch-rolls, and the direct translation in English is 'vacuum cleaners.' It's a chocolate biscuit. I also like mazarin, which is a Swedish almond tart. We have them during 'fika' (a Swedish custom of enjoying coffee and a treat while talking about life).

Fishing equipment

When I'm in Sweden, I like to go perch fishing. I try to be a nerd with my rods, my reels, my lures. But I don't know if it's any help (laughs). I want to get a fishing boat someday, since we have a cottage on the ocean back home.

Photo of his infant daughter, Daisy

It's the background of my phone. I never used to take pictures before, but now, I take pictures of her all the time.
