Evgeni Malkin Takes the Ice with Son Nikita

Last year, Evgeni Malkin said that he couldn't wait until his son Nikita was able to start skating. That dream has come true in a big way this year.

Nikita, 4, has been taking the ice with his dad during his workouts ever since the summertime - and seems destined to join
Alex Letang
as a future member of the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Evgeni posted a story to his Instagram account (@emalkin71geno) where not only does Nikita display some impressive skating ability for such a little kid - he also displayed a little grit to his game as well, jokingly dropping the gloves with his dad.
