The 29-year-old recently compiled a season-best five-game win streak from Jan. 12-31, which has helped the Griffins climb to the top of the Western Conference standings, where they currently rank in first with a 30-16-4-4 record. Sateri has played in 188 AHL games from 2010-19 with the Worcester Sharks, Springfield Falcons and Griffins, compiling an 80-86-6 record, 2.78 goals-against average, 0.906 save percentage and eight shutouts. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound netminder received his first taste of NHL action in 2017-18, logging nine appearances with the Florida Panthers, registering a 4-4-0 record, 2.92 goals-against average and 0.911 save percentage.
Originally drafted by the San Jose Sharks in the fourth round (106th overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft, Sateri is a veteran of 11 professional seasons, including two seasons with Tappara Tampere in Finland's SM-Liiga and three years in the Kontinental Hockey League with Vityaz Podolsk. The Toijala, Finland, native has backstopped his country at the 2017 and 2018 IIHF World Championships, most recently sporting a 1.41 goals-against average and 0.939 save percentage in five games in 2018. He also represented Finland at the 2009 IIHF World Junior Championship.
Ehn, 22, has appeared in 44 games with the Red Wings in his first NHL season, picking up seven points (2-5-7) and four penalty minutes. He made his NHL debut on Oct. 4 vs. Columbus, notched his first NHL assist on Oct. 11 vs. Toronto and scored his first NHL goal on Dec. 23 at Toronto. Ehn recently logged three points (1-2-3) over four-game stretch from Feb. 10-16. The Skara, Sweden, native has also played in 10 games for Grand Rapids, tallying six points (1-5-6) and four penalty minutes. Ehn spent the previous three seasons (2015-18) playing professionally for Frolunda in the Swedish Hockey League, producing a career-high 17 points (7-10-17) and 24 penalty minutes in 50 games in 2017-18.
In 147 total SHL games with Frolunda, Ehn registered 32 points (11-21-32) and 38 penalty minutes, adding one goal and two assists in 46 career postseason games. He helped the club win an SHL championship in 2015-16 as well as back-to-back championships in the Champions League tournament in 2015-16 and 2016-17. Originally drafted by the Red Wings in the fourth round (106th overall) of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft, Ehn twice represented Sweden at the IIHF World Junior Championship in 2015 and 2016, totaling four points (1-3-4) in 14 games between the two tournaments. Previous to his draft year, Ehn played in Frolunda's junior ranks, where he was named the league's best forward in 2014-15 after totaling 36 points (12-24-36) in 40 games as Frolunda's captain at the under-20 level.
