More than 100 active and former military members selected by Volunteers of America Michigan and Selfridge Air National Guard Base will experience the game as guests of BELFOR Property Restoration and the Red Wings. Additionally, the first 7,500 fans in attendance for Tuesday's game will receive a red, white and blue Military Appreciation performance T-shirt, courtesy of BELFOR Property Restoration.
Fans in attendance will also have an opportunity to support Volunteers of America Michigan through a new initiative encouraging fans to assist in assembling military welcome packages on the Little Caesars Arena concourse. The packages will contain personal care items and toiletries to be given to homeless men and women who receive services at the Volunteer of America Michigan housing program in Detroit. Representatives from Volunteers of America Michigan will also be present to provide fans with more information on how to support their veteran programs, which deliver vital services and housing for homeless veterans throughout southeastern Michigan.

WELCOME PACKAGES ASSEMBLED ON CONCOURSE
New this season, the Red Wings are enlisting the fans of Hockeytown to assist in assembling 300 welcome packages to be given to homeless men and women who are served at the Volunteers of America Michigan housing program in Detroit. The Volunteer of America Michigan facilities serve approximately 300 veterans with shelter assistance per year.
Red Wings fans can assist in assembling the welcome packages in front of the Team Store on the Via Concourse of Little Caesars Arena. All kits will include socks, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, body wash, toothbrushes, toothbrush covers, toothpaste, combs and granola bars, courtesy of BELFOR Property Restoration.
Members of the Lady Wings, a volunteer group made up of Red Wings players' wives and significant others, will also assist in the assembly of the welcome packages.
VIP TEAM PRACTICE EXPERIENCE & LUNCHEON
Prior to the game, the Red Wings will host more than 100 active and former military members for a VIP experience at Little Caesars Arena during the team's morning practice session at 10:30 a.m. After practice, guests will enjoy an arena tour and lunch in the Comerica Players Club with meet & greet opportunities featuring select Red Wings players. Each guest also receives a special "Salute to Service" fan package. For the game, the Red Wings will provide tickets to more than 100 active and former military members to experience Military Appreciation Night at Little Caesars Arena.
HONORARY PUCK DROP CAPTAIN
MEDAL OF HONOR RECIPIENT - SPECIALIST FIVE JAMES McCLOUGHAN
Medal of Honor recipient and former U.S. Army combat medic James McCloughan will serve as the honorary puck drop captain on Military Appreciation Night. A native of South Haven, Mich., McCloughan received the nation's highest military award in July 2017, 48 years after he risked his own life to save others during the Battle of Nui Yon Hill in Vietnam. In addition to being awarded the Medal of Honor, McCloughan has also received several decorations associated with his bravery, including the Combat Medical Badge, two Purple Hearts and two Bronze Stars. After leaving the service, McCloughan taught psychology, sociology and geography at South Haven High School, along with coaching football, baseball and wrestling.
MILITARY APPRECIATION PERFORMANCE T-SHIRT GIVEAWAY
The first 7,500 fans attending Tuesday's game will receive a red, white and blue Military Appreciation performance T-shirt, courtesy of BELFOR Property Restoration. Guests can pick up their T-shirts from distribution booths located at the four entrances of Little Caesars Arena.
RED WINGS CAMOUFLAGE EQUIPMENT ONLINE AUCTION
Red Wings players will don Military Appreciation camouflage jerseys and use camouflage-taped hockey sticks during warm-ups before Tuesday's game. The jerseys will feature varying words associated with military service in the nameplate. The jerseys and sticks will then be auctioned at

MYSTERY PUCK DRAW
In support of Volunteers of America Michigan, fans can purchase a limited number of player-autographed pucks from the Mystery Puck Draw located near the Comerica Entrance on the street-level Via concourse. Each puck is available for $40 and features the autograph of a current Red Wings player.
One gold-signed puck will also be included in the mystery draw to give one lucky fan a postgame meet and greet opportunity with Red Wings forward Dylan Larkin following Tuesday's game.
DETROIT RED WINGS FOUNDATION 50/50 CHARITY RAFFLE
Fans can purchase Detroit Red Wings Foundation 50/50 Charity Raffle, presented by Michigan First Credit Union, tickets from sellers or kiosks throughout Little Caesars Arena. Each winner receives 50 percent of the jackpot, with the remaining proceeds benefiting the Detroit Red Wings Foundation, Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League and Volunteers of America Michigan.
PRE AND IN-GAME EXPERIENCES
Pre-selected active and former military members attending the game will enjoy many of the one-of-a-kind game day experiences at Little Caesars Arena, including Zamboni rides, pregame penalty box visits and in-game contests.
COLOR GUARD

The U.S. Marine Corps., will present the Colors during the National Anthem.
