Have NHL games been paused?

At this time, the NHL has decided to pause games for an indeterminate amount of time. As more information becomes available, we will communicate with all current ticket holders.


What is the Red Wings ticket refund policy?

With the NHL's announcement, Single Game Tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster will be subject to Ticketmaster's postponement policies. Winged Wheel Nation Members and other plan holders will receive credit for all postponed games included in their package. This credit will be applied to rescheduled games when play resumes. If you purchased tickets at a group discounted rate, the value of these tickets will remain on your account as a credit to be applied for a future group purchase.


What if games are not rescheduled or are played in an empty arena?

Single Game Tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster will be automatically issued a refund to the credit card or other method of payment used to make the purchase. Winged Wheel Nation Members, other plan holders and group purchasers will have the option to receive a credit toward the 2020-21 season.


I purchased tickets through a resale site. Will I receive a refund?

All tickets purchased through a resale site (e.g. StubHub, Vivid Seats, Ticketmaster Exchange, etc.) will be subject to the refund policy of the ticket marketplace. Please contact the site's customer service department for more information.


Does this affect other Red Wings events?

Effective immediately, all Red Wings events will be paused until play resumes for the NHL season. This includes Winged Wheel Nation Member Events, watch parties, online or in-person relocation events, among others. Information on new dates and times will be communicated when determined.


How does this affect 2020-21 Winged Wheel Nation payments?

In order to keep continuity of Winged Wheel Nation Members' desired payment plan structure, all Winged Wheel Nation Membership payments for the 2020-21 season will be processed on the date agreed upon during the renewal process.


How does this affect my deposit for Winged Wheel Nation?

This does not affect your priority for your 2020-21 Winged Wheel Nation Membership. Your deposit is secure and you will be notified when the select-a-seat event is scheduled.


Is my parking refundable?

All parking passes are eligible for a full refund prior to the start time on the pass, except where noted otherwise. If your event was cancelled, you will receive an email 24 hours after the scheduled event date, at the latest, letting you know your purchase has been refunded due to event cancellation. In the case that your event was postponed more than one hour before the event is scheduled to start, your parking pass will update automatically to reflect the new event date. If you're unable to make the rescheduled event, you're welcome to cancel your updated pass by following the normal cancellation steps.

To cancel, simply log in to your account online at ParkWhiz.com or in the ParkWhiz app, view your passes and click "cancel." You can also do this using the "cancel " link at the bottom of the pass itself. Alternatively, just click the "cancel" link from your confirmation email.

Please keep in mind, once the arrival time has passed, all bookings are non-refundable. Parking purchased on a partner website or as part of a parking package is non-refundable. Other restrictions apply to hangtag validation.
