The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled goaltender Maxime Lagace to the taxi squad from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by general manager Ron Hextall.

Forward Jonathan Gruden has been re-assigned to WBS.
Lagace, 28, has split the 2020-21 campaign between the taxi squad and the AHL. In six games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this season, Lagace has a 3-2-2 record, 1.98 goals-against average and a .920 save percentage.
Pittsburgh returns to action on Thursday as they head to Boston for a two-game series against the Bruins at TD Garden.
