Penguins Reduce Training Camp Roster to 54 Players

The Pittsburgh Penguins have reduced their training camp roster to 54 players, it was announced today by general manager Ron Hextall.

Goaltenders Taylor Gauthier and Tommy Nappier were assigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's training camp in the American Hockey League.

The Penguins return to action on Saturday, October 1 at 1:00 PM ET against the Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Center. Saturday's game will be televised on AT&T SportsNet and can be heard on the Penguins' official flagship radio station, 105.9 'The X'.
