The Pittsburgh Penguins have made the following transactions, it was announced today by general manager Ron Hextall:
- Forward Jason Zucker has been placed on long-term injured reserve, retroactive to Feb. 23. - Forwards Anthony Angello, Josh Currie and Drew O'Connor have been re-assigned to the taxi squad. - Forward Frederick Gaudreau has been re-assigned to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League.
