The Penguins have promoted Andy Saucier, Erik Heasley, Amanda Kessel and Trevor Daley to the following roles, it was announced today by President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Kyle Dubas.

"At this time, I feel it is best for continuity that I formally continue in both roles as President and General Manager in the hockey operations department," said Dubas. "We will continue to reevaluate the GM position alongside all others in future off-seasons, to ensure that we are optimizing all facets of the department. We have a small but extremely dedicated management team here, and I have come to know each of them quite well over the last couple of months. We have also added both Jason Spezza and Vukie Mpofu to provide us with a nice mixture of playing experience, front office acumen, and growth potential."

Saucier recently completed his first season in management as hockey operations analyst/pro personnel, and is entering his 12th season in Pittsburgh after spending the previous decade-plus as the Penguins' video coach. As video coach, Saucier helped the Penguins to Stanley Cup Championships in 2016 and 2017. Prior to his tenure in Pittsburgh, he was the WBS Penguins' video coach from 2010-12.

In his new role, the Waterville, Maine native will lead the pro scouting arm of Pittsburgh's player personnel department. He will also serve as a conduit between the club's personnel and hockey research & development departments.

Heasley has spent the past 15 seasons with the Penguins in various capacities. A native of Pittsburgh, PA and graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Heasley has spent the previous 13 seasons with the Penguins as manager of hockey operations, assisting with amateur and college free agent scouting and player development.

In his new role, Heasley will direct all facets of the Penguins' minor league affiliates in the ECHL (Wheeling) and the American Hockey League (Wilke-Barre/Scranton), where he also serves as the General Manager. Heasley will also work with the Director of Amateur Scouting, Nick Pryor, and manage the administration of the clubs amateur scouting process.

Kessel recently completed a year in Pittsburgh's executive management program, where she gained experience in hockey operations, communications and public relations, and partnership marketing. In her new role, Kessel will become immersed in all facets of hockey operations and develop in all relevant areas of club management with increased focus on hockey research and development, player personnel, and minor league operations.

The native of Madison, Wisconsin has had an exceptional international career, as she has represented the United States at the 2014, 2018 and 2022 Olympic Winter Games, bringing home a gold medal in 2018 and silver medals in 2014 and 2022. She also enjoyed a four-year collegiate playing career at the University of Minnesota, where she earned a bachelor's degree in sports management in 2016, and led them to three Division I national championships in 2012, 2013 and 2016.

Daley has spent the last three seasons as the Penguins' Hockey Operations Advisor, where he assisted in player evaluations at the NHL and AHL level, and participated in on-ice player development. In his new role, Daley will continue his development in management with an increased focus on player personnel in addition to continued focus on player development and minor league operations.

The Toronto, Ontario native enjoyed a 16-year NHL career, appearing in 1,058 games split between Dallas, Chicago, Pittsburgh and Detroit, recording 89 goals, 220 assists and 309 points. He is a two-time Stanley Cup Champion, playing a vital role in Pittsburgh's back-to-back championships in 2016 and 2017. In total, Daley has suited up for 71 career playoff games, registering 18 points (6G-12A) and was plus-7.
