WINNIPEG, March 25, 2023 - The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have signed forward Parker Ford to a two-year, entry-level contract with an average annual value in the NHL of $925,000. His deal will begin in 2023-24 and he has signed an amateur tryout contract with the Manitoba Moose, who he will join for the remainder of the season.

WINNIPEG, March 1, 2023 - The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have agreed to terms with goaltender Evan Cormier on a one-year, two-way contract with an average annual value in the NHL of $750,000.

WINNIPEG, December 30, 2022 - The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have agreed to terms with their 2022 third-round pick (77^th overall) forward Danny Zhilkin on a three-year, entry-level contract with an average annual value in the NHL of $913,333. Zhilkin has been assigned to the OHL's Guelph Storm where he has been playing so far this season.

The Winnipeg Jets have claimed forward Karson Kuhlman off waivers from the Seattle Kraken.

The 27-year-old has played in 14 games so far this season, recording one goal and three points. One of those 14 games came against the Jets on November 13, where Kuhlman played 5:41 recording one hit and a takeaway.

With the Kraken, he played a role on the penalty kill, averaging 1:20 of shorthanded ice time per game.

In his career, the Minnesota product has played 114 games with the Kraken and Boston Bruins. In total, he has 10 goals and 26 points.

He has some connections to the Jets as well. He attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth from 2014-2018, where he was teammates with Dominic Toninato (2014 to 2017 season), Neal Pionk (2015-2017), and Dylan Samberg (2017-18).

The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have agreed to terms with their 2022 first-round pick (30^th overall) forward Brad Lambert on a three-year, entry-level contract with an average annual value in the NHL of $1,200,000. Lambert has been assigned to the AHL's Manitoba Moose after playing three preseason games for the Jets where he recorded two points (1G, 1A) and two penalty minutes. 

WINNIPEG, October 10, 2022 - The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have claimed forward Axel Jonsson-Fjallby off waivers from the Washington Capitals.

WINNIPEG, October 6, 2022 - The Winnipeg Jets announced today that goaltender Mikhail Berdin, per the advice and recommendation of the NHL/NHLPA Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Program, will not remain with the club for the 2022-23 National Hockey League season.

The rights of the club and player will be consistent with the treatment of a suspended player, so he will not be paid by the club and his salary will not count against the salary cap. As part of an agreement between the club, NHL, NHLPA and the player, Berdin will be permitted to sign a one-year contract to play outside of North America for the 2022-23 season.

WINNIPEG, August 10, 2022 - The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have agreed to terms with forward David Gustafsson on a two-year contract with an average annual value in the NHL of $775,000. The deal is a two-way contract for the 2022-23 season and a one-way contract for 2023-24.
