As the 20-year-old comes in for Derek Stepan, that is the only change expected among the forward group for tonight.
Meanwhile, on the back end, it was announced yesterday that Brendan Smith and Tony DeAngelo will be out of the lineup for a while, so that means Ethan Bear and Jalen Chatfield are in. For Chatfield, it will be his first game action since February 11, after being on the wrong end of a nasty hit from behind while playing for the Chicago Wolves.
Lastly, in net, Frederik Andersen has the green light for a second straight game. The All-Star netminder started the last meeting against Columbus, where he was pulled for just the second time this season in the third period. Thus far this year he is 27-7-2 with a 2.12 GAA and a .927 SV%.
