General Ticket Questions

How can I purchase tickets for a Hurricanes home game?
  • There are multiple ways to purchase tickets to enjoy a game with friends or family. Individual game tickets are now available for 2023-24 preseason and regular-season games. You can also learn more about our Season Ticket Membership opportunities.
How will I receive the tickets I purchased?
  • You can access your tickets on your mobile device. Learn more about how mobile ticketing works at PNC Arena.
What if I purchased a ticket and contract COVID-19 symptoms?
  • Please contact our ticket sales office at 919-NHL-CANEs (919-645-2263) or email the ticketing department to discuss your options.
Can I transfer and/or resell my tickets?
  • Yes, you can transfer and/or resell your tickets if needed. Your seats can be managed via your Hurricanes Account Manager.
How do I purchase premium tickets in a suite or loge box?

How do I purchase group tickets?

Please email our group sales department to speak to a representative about group ticketing opportunities for the 2023-24 season.

Game Experience Questions

What is the current bag policy for Canes games?

Approved bags must be 4.5" x 6.5" in size, such as a small clutch. Clear bags, parenting bags and medical bags are permitted and required to pass through an X-ray machine prior to entry.

Can we use cash at games?

PNC Arena is now cashless, including parking. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Fans may also pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay at concessions and The Eye team store.

Where can we park?

Parking is no longer included in your ticket price as it was during the 2020-21 season. PNC Arena is now a completely cashless venue, including the parking lots surrounding the venue. New this year: You may pre-purchase a parking pass in advance of arriving at PNC Arena.

Is tailgating permitted?

Tailgating is permitted and encouraged! Parking lots open three hours prior to game time. Please familiarize yourself with PNC Arena's tailgating regulations before your next visit.

Can I bring in my own food and/or beverage(s)?

No external food or beverages will be permitted inside PNC Arena.

Will The Eye team store be open?

The Eye team store will be open during all home games and can only be accessed from inside PNC Arena. No guests will be permitted to enter via the exterior doors. The Eye only accepts credit and debit cards for payment.

Can I bring banners or signs into PNC Arena?

Rules regarding signs and banners are unchanged. Please reference the PNC Arena banner/sign policy for more information.
