How does the Season Priority List work?
By placing a $100 per-seat deposit, you will be added to our season ticket priority list. This guarantees your spot in line to purchase season tickets once they become available. Your $100 per-seat deposit will be applied to your purchase of season tickets when that time comes.
How many seats can I place a deposit on?
Max of 4 seats.
Does my deposit guarantee me season tickets?
No. Your deposit guarantees your spot in line to purchase season tickets once they become available.
Which seating categories will I be offered?
Season Tickets are not guaranteed and will be based on availability. In the event we do not have season tickets available to offer you for the 2026-27 Season, your deposit and spot on the priority list will remain for the 2027-28 season. If seats do become available for your spot on the priority list, you will not be guaranteed any specific seating level, seating category, section, row or seat. You will be offered whatever seating options are available at that time.
When will Season Ticket Memberships be made available?
We do not have an exact date for when seat selection will occur for the 2026-27 Season. We will always update our members in advance of important dates and deadlines via email to keep you informed of seat selection dates when they become available.
What happens when seats become available for my spot on the priority list?
A sales representative will contact you and present you with the seating options that you will be able to choose from and all other details regarding those options such as pricing, payment options, benefits, etc.
What if I do not accept the seats that are offered to me?
If you decline the options offered to you, you will forfeit your current position on the priority list, and your new position will be reassigned to the date on which you declined the offered seats.
Can I resell tickets should I be granted the opportunity to purchase season tickets?
Season Ticket Members are permitted to resell up to 25% of their tickets. Any reselling above 25% would be in violation of the Carolina Hurricanes Ticket Resale Policy that can be found on the Terms & Conditions.
What is the cost for Season Tickets for the 2026-27 Season?
Pricing for the 2026-27 Season has yet to be determined.
What happens to my deposit if I change my mind and no longer want to purchase Season Tickets?
If your situation changes and you decide that season tickets are no longer of interest for whatever reason, you can contact your sales representative or [email protected] to request a refund on your deposit.
I am a current season ticket member. Do I need to place a deposit for the priority list?
No. All current season ticket members will keep their priority date for the following season and will have the ability to renew, upgrade, relocate or add-on seats during the renewal process before members on the priority list, based on availability.
