At this time, the 2019-20 NHL season has officially been paused and all upcoming Hurricanes games at PNC Arena are to be rescheduled for later dates. New game dates have not been announced from the NHL, but when new game dates are announced (TBD) additional information will be communicated to ticket holders via email and updated in this article.
I have tickets to an upcoming Hurricanes game, what do I do with those tickets?
All ticket buyers, including Hurricanes Season Ticket Members should hold on to their tickets for the time being, until new game dates are announced. Your current tickets will be valid for the rescheduled game date(s). No additional action is needed right now with your tickets, and more information will be communicated when it becomes available. If after the new game date(s) are announced, and you can no longer utilize your tickets, additional ticketing options will be made available to you.
What if I purchased my tickets through a resale site? (StubHub, Vivid Seats, NHL Ticket Exchange, etc.)
All tickets purchased through a resale site will be subject to the refund and/or exchange policy of that particular ticket marketplace. We encourage fans who purchased on a resale site to contact the customer service department of that particular site for more information.
What if games do not end up being rescheduled?
In the event that remaining games do not end up being rescheduled, additional ticketing options and information will be made available to all fans involved at that time. Season Ticket Members will have the ability to utilize the applicable credit from games that are no longer scheduled, should that be the case. However as of right now, tickets will simply be valid for the rescheduled date until further information is made available.
How does this affect my upcoming Season Ticket Member deadlines?
No changes are being made in regards to 2020-21 Season Ticket Memberships and payment plans. We encourage all STMs to claim their 2020 Stanley Cup Playoff strips if they have not already, but as a courtesy, all unclaimed Playoff locations will remain on your account until further notice. As a reminder, all payment plans, including Auto-Renewal will remain as scheduled as well.
I am an individual ticket/group ticket buyer that was only available for one particular day - what are my options?
After rescheduled game dates are officially announced, additional ticket options will be made available if you are unable to attend the new game date. We ask for your patience as we finalize those details, and ensure we will make every effort to accommodate these scenarios.
