The Blues, whose only previous 4-0-0 start was in 2013-14, are looking for their fourth road win of the season.
The Panthers are playing their first game in five days after starting the season with a home-and-home set against the Tampa Bay Lightning. They have eight goals from eight players this season.

Jaskin, who was scratched from a 3-1 win against the New York Rangers on Tuesday after being late to a team meeting, will replace Thompson, the No. 26 pick in the 2016 NHL Draft. ... The Panthers held an optional morning skate and will not make any lineup changes. … Tippett, the No. 10 pick in the 2017 NHL Draft, will be a healthy scratch for the third straight game.
