  • Seth Jarvis is expected to miss the start of the 2026-27 regular season due to offseason shoulder surgery. He is slated to be out approximately 4-6 months from the end of June.
  • While it remains to be seen who will fill Jarvis' spot, when asked about Bradly Nadeau, General Manager Eric Tulsky said, "He absolutely will be in the conversation if we need a call-up at the start of the year. I think it would be a good opportunity for him to get some runway."
  • Eric Robinson underwent knee surgery at the end of June, rendering him out for about 6-8 weeks. He is expected to be available come training camp in September.
  • Tulsky also said at his NHL Draft availability that summer re-signing Juuso Valimaki could compete for a spot on the blue line in Raleigh after a strong campaign with Chicago (AHL). If Mike Reilly goes elsewhere in free agency, Valimaki could be first in line for the role, unless another signing is brought in or a move is made.
