RALEIGH, N.C. - As the hockey season approaches its end, five Raleigh-area teams have advanced past state and district competitions and punched their ticket to the final dance.
The following teams will represent North Carolina at the 2025 Chipotle-USA Hockey National Championships:
- U14 AA Golden Bears Boys
- U16 AA Junior Hurricanes Boys
- U16 AAA Junior Hurricanes Boys

Former Hurricane Justin Williams serves as a coach for the U16 AAA Junior Hurricanes Boys team and the group enters their tournament ranked 13th in the entire country.
The U16 AAA Junior Hurricanes are led by Hurricanes Girls & Women's Hockey Specialist, Sarah Antonelli.
"The Hurricanes would like to wish the best of luck to all five teams competing in the upcoming National Tournaments," Hurricanes Director of Youth Hockey & Community Outreach Shane Willis said. "We hope they bring home some banners, but are so proud of all of them and are happy to have teams - both boys and girls - having success and showcasing the growth of our great game here in Raleigh and throughout the state of North Carolina."
The tournaments will run from April 1-6, and will be located throughout the United States.
