RALEIGH, NC - Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League's Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has reassigned forward Dominik Bokk to Eisbaren Berlin of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL), Germany's top professional league.

Bokk, 22, recorded 10 points (3g, 7a) in 32 American Hockey League (AHL) games with Chicago this season. The 6'2", 181-pound forward has played 61 career AHL games with the Wolves from 2021-22, posting 28 points (12g, 16a). Bokk also registered 45 points (22g, 23a) in 127 career Swedish Hockey League (SHL) games with Vaxjo Lakers, Rogle BK and Djurgardens IF from 2017-21. The Schweinfurt, Germany, native has represented his home country at numerous international tournaments, leading the team with eight points (6g, 2a) in seven games at the 2020 IIHF World Junior Championship. Selected by St. Louis in the first round, 25th overall, of the 2018 NHL Draft, Bokk was acquired from the Blues along with Joel Edmundson and a seventh-round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft (Nikita Guslistov) in exchange for Justin Faulk and a fifth-round pick in the 2020 NHL Draft (Pavel Novak) on Sept. 24, 2019.
