The 22-year-old forward was recalled from Bridgeport of the American Hockey League on Sunday and is its leading scorer with 22 points (two goals, 20 assists) in 26 games.
Vegas, which has won eight of its past 10 games, is beginning a four-game road trip.

Golden Knights center William Karlsson has scored five goals in his past eight games after scoring five in his first 24.
Islanders goalie Robin Lehner has allowed two goals on 60 shots in his past two starts (.967 save percentage).

Statsny, who has missed 29 consecutive games, practiced Tuesday and remained on the ice after the morning skate, a sign he is not quite ready to return. … Clutterbuck and Eberle, who were injured late in the Islanders' 2-1 shootout loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins on Monday, are expected to play. … Komarov did not participate in the morning skate but is a game-time decision. … Kuhnhackl remains day to day. … Ladd has yet to resume skating and there is still no timetable for his return. He has been out since Nov. 13.
