Hart is 2-1-0 with a 2.36 goals-against average and .904 save percentage since being recalled from Lehigh Valley of the American Hockey League on Dec. 17. This will be his first start since allowing four goals on 19 shots in a 4-3 loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets on Dec. 22.
The Flyers look to win for the fourth time in six games; they are 3-1-1 since Scott Gordon replaced Dave Hakstol as coach on Dec. 17.
James Reimer will start for the Panthers, who are 4-2-0 in their past six games following a four-game losing streak (0-3-1). Reimer, 6-7-3 with a 3.45 GA and .888 save percentage in 20 games (15 starts), will play for the first time since he made 26 saves in a 6-3 win at the Chicago Blackhawks on Dec. 23.
