RALEIGH, NC. -The Stadium Series week and the creation of the Hurricanes Hall of Fame were both undoubtedly special moments from the 2022-23 season, but an overarching theme was that no matter if there was a special event or not, the Caniacs were there in full force.

Another Record Year of Attendance

In addition to the showing of nearly 60,000 on February 18 at Carter-Finley Stadium, the Canes finished second on the NHL's attendance leaderboard this season.

Averaging 19,526 over the course of 41 regular-season home games, there were recorded 31 sell-outs at PNC Arena, and eight home playoff games in Raleigh. There were also a record number of ticket plans sold, too.

After finishing 30th out of 30 teams during the 2016-17 season, things have been on the rise since for Carolina, and expectations remain high for next season too.
