This year, PNC Arena will be transformed into a Caniac Circus, including spectacular acts, carnival-themed games and a chance to mix with Carolina Hurricanes players, coaches, broadcasters and front-office executives.
Under the big top, attendees will be able to challenge Hurricanes players to casino games or try their luck at a variety of carnival-themed games. An open bar with a signature cocktail and an assortment of upscale food stations will be available to all guests. The event will also feature a silent and live auction. Both auctions will include one-of-a-kind items and experiences, such as "player baskets" filled with each players' favorite things or your chance to win a trip with the team.
The 2018 Canes Bash raised $230,000 for the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation, which provides grants to local children's charities and youth hockey organizations.
