Canes Annual Hospital Visits to Take Place on Halloween

Players will dress in costumes at local hospitals and hand out candy

RALEIGH, NC -The Carolina Hurricanes today announced the details of the team's annual hospital visits, to take place on Tuesday, Oct. 31.

Following the team's 11 a.m. practice at PNC Arena, groups of Hurricanes players will visit REX Hospital, UNC Children's Hospital and WakeMed Children's Emergency Department to visit patients and brighten their days. Players, who will be dressed in Halloween costumes, will hand out gifts and Hurricanes items, sign autographs and hand out candy.
