Oct. 8, 2019: San Jose Sharks vs. Nashville Predators

Just as we're all dealing with this unprecedented situation as a whole, every fan of the Predators has their own unique circumstances as well.
No one knows for sure when the puck will drop again, but it will happen at some point. That's why the Preds are reaching out to their Season-Ticket Citizens with a number of different options on how they'd prefer to continue their support for the road ahead.
The organization had previously paused the final payment of the 2019-20 season and have identified potential account credits from games that are postponed. Additionally, the Preds have committed to a zero-percent increase for next season for multi-year full Season-Ticket Citizens and will continue to create flexibility for the best fans in sports.

For full Season-Ticket Citizens who have already renewed, the following choices will be available in the weeks to come. First, they may choose to keep the lowest monthly payment possible for the 2020-21 season and start their 12-month payment plan as scheduled on May 1. They may also choose to delay the start of their 2020-21 payment plan until June 1 and move to an 11-month payment plan. Alternatively, the Preds understand some Season-Ticket Citizens have been affected more significantly than others during this time. The team will also work individually with those accounts to create the best options possible.
The NHL season is currently paused, but in the event all 2019-20 and/or 2020 Stanley Cup Playoff games are canceled, any funds that were paid toward postponed games may be credited toward their 2020-21 Season Tickets, or a refund can be requested.
Additionally, half Season-Ticket Citizens will have their first payments delayed until June 1, and the season-ticket-renewal deadline has been extended indefinitely for those who have not yet renewed.
More information will be available in an email that will be sent to all Season-Ticket Citizens on Wednesday. If you have questions about these options, or anything else pertaining to your account, email us at [email protected], call us at (615) 770-2355 or visit the

We can't wait to be back at Bridgestone Arena soon to make it the loudest building in the NHL once more. Until then, stay safe, stay healthy and let's get through this together.
