The Predators will email updates directly to Season-Ticket Citizens and group-ticket buyers with information as it becomes available.

Single-game-ticket buyers, who purchased directly through Ticketmaster, should log in to their account to view their tickets. From there, they will see a "Request a Refund" link that will take them through the steps to issue a refund. If a link is not present, call Ticketmaster's Fan Support Team, but please understand that due to the high volume of inquiries, Ticketmaster is experiencing longer than normal wait times.

Additionally, please click here for the policies regarding postponed and rescheduled events.

All tickets purchased through a resale site (e.g. Ticketmaster Exchange, StubHub, Vivid Seats) will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket marketplace. Single-game tickets purchased through Ticketmaster Exchange are eligible for a refund.

For additional information visit these customer service channels:

Please note: Ticketmaster is experiencing extremely high call volume but is working diligently behind the scenes to answer each specific request.

The Predators will refrain from processing the April 1 Power Payment until we receive more information. As soon as we have more details regarding future plans and game play that impact your account, we will follow up with you directly.
