The Predators will email updates directly to Season-Ticket Citizens and group-ticket buyers with information as it becomes available.

Single-game-ticket buyers, who purchased directly through Ticketmaster, should log in to their account to view their tickets. From there, they will see a "Request a Refund" link that will take them through the steps to issue a refund. If a link is not present, call Ticketmaster's Fan Support Team, but please understand that due to the high volume of inquiries, Ticketmaster is experiencing longer than normal wait times.

Additionally, please click here for the policies regarding postponed and rescheduled events.

All tickets purchased through a resale site (e.g. Ticketmaster Exchange, StubHub, Vivid Seats) will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket marketplace. Single-game tickets purchased through Ticketmaster Exchange are eligible for a refund.
