Ford Ice Centers Open
We are excited to announce that in accordance with Mayor John Cooper's reopening plan, Ford Ice Center Antioch and Ford Ice Center Bellevue have reopened with limited programming. Our No. 1 priority is to keep our participants, guests, athletes and staff healthy, while providing exceptional on-ice programming. To do this, we are taking many steps to keep everyone safe.
Health, Safety and COVID-19 Measures:
-
Limiting the number of participants in our programs
-
More time between programs to clean and get participants in and out of the building
-
Dedicated cleaning crews in the facility while the building is open and deep cleaning and sanitizing the building every night
-
Coaches wearing face coverings on the ice
-
Face coverings will be worn properly over the nose and mouth by everyone when in the facility.
-
Participants will be allowed up to four (4) guests in the facility. All guests must have a completed Facility Access Waiver.
-
Participants and guests will not be allowed in the facility until 15 minutes prior to their scheduled event
-
Directional signage to help participants and guests practice social distancing
-
Locker rooms are available for stick time, open hockey and adult league. All other programs will still utilize the lobby. All participants are still expected to arrive in their gear and use locker rooms and/or lobby to tie skates.
All participants and guests will be required to have an updated waiver signed before coming into the facility as well as a COVID-19 form. Both documents will be emailed prior to your programs and will need to be completed before entering either facility. Failure to comply with these safety measures may result in suspension from the facility. All policies are subject to change at any moment.
