With the new Nashville Predators mobile app, you can follow all the latest team news and updates, check out player stats and game schedule and browse division/conference standings. The app also provides SMASHVILLE Citizens in-depth, daily coverage of the club, including the latest news, game highlights, practice interviews, photo galleries and podcasts.

Fans attending all live events at Bridgestone Arena, including Preds games, can easily manage mobile tickets, place mobile orders for food and beverages, plus access discounts, loaded value and store payment information.

Additionally, fans can toggle between Preds mode and Bridgestone Arena mode to tailor your experience, all within the same app. Plus, you can select the categories of push notifications you want to receive and can customize your phone with Predators wallpapers with a corresponding app icon of you choice!

How do I get the Official Nashville Predators app?

The Official Nashville Predators App can be downloaded for free on Apple or Android devices, or by searching for the "Nashville Predators" app in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

What if I currently use the NHL app to access my tickets?

The NHL App will remain live through the remainder of the 2022-23 season, but beginning next season customers will have to access their My Smashville Tix Account through the Official Nashville Predators app or via mobile browser at www.nashvillepredators.com/mysmashvilletix.

How do I access my mobile tickets on the new app?

What if I need help on gameday?

You may visit the Bridgestone Arena Box Office located just inside the Nissan Main Entrance of Bridgestone Arena at the corner of 5th Ave. and Broadway. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. The ticket management portion will be exactly the same as the NHL App. When accessing your tickets through your account, tap on the game, and you will be able to swipe right to left through your available tickets. We strongly encourage saving your tickets to your phone's Wallet or Passbook prior to gameday.

If I purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster, can I still access them through the Preds app?

Yes, you will be able to access your tickets via the Preds App by entering your email address and Ticketmaster password. Alternatively, you can access Ticketmaster.com via your browser. The process is exactly the same as in the NHL app.

I have routinely transferred tickets to friends/coworkers in the past. Has that process changed?

The process to transfer a ticket has not changed. However, the recipient will only be able to access tickets for entry via mobile device. Tickets can be transferred as needed until one hour after puck drop on the day of the game.

How can I utilize my retail and/or concessions discounts?

Benefits can be redeemed at any concessions stands and retail stores within Bridgestone Arena. Tell the cashier that you have a mobile wallet to scan at checkout, and they will tell you when to scan your phone to receive your benefits.

What if I am unable to access my discounts and mobile wallet?

Make sure you are signed into your My Smashville Tix account within the app. If you are signed in and unable to see your Predators benefits and mobile wallet, please try logging out of your My Smashville Tix ticket account and logging back in. If you are still unable to access your Predators benefits, please contact our Guest Experience Department at 615-770-2355.

What if I don't have the Preds Mobile App?

You can also access your mobile tickets through the Internet browser on your smartphone. Click here to log in to your account through the My Smashville Tix website.
