Any vehicle owner or operator parking in the Music City Center garage must adhere to the rules and regulations of the MCC parking facility, including, without limitation, hours of operation, rate structure, speed, payment options, etc. In addition, and without limitation to all other rules and regulations of the MCC, the vehicle owner or operator must adhere to the following:
- During the self‐park arrangement with the vehicle owner and/or operator retaining possession of the keys, it is agreed that vehicle owner and/or operator will not hold the MCC Garage, Convention Center Authority (CCA) and each of their employees, contractors, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (Music City Center) responsible for any vehicle loss, collision, fire, damage in any case, except through its own negligence, or theft of contents thereof, of any personal property of any value whatsoever in the vehicle (including but not limited to radar detectors, car phones and sound systems, etc.), nor for damage or injuries occasioned by faulty brakes, customer's failure to set brakes properly or for improper vehicle maintenance by customer.
- In no case shall liability include any damages for loss of use of a vehicle. Any damage or loss occurring while a vehicle is in the parking facility must be reported before the vehicle is taken from the parking facility and customer hereby releases the MCC Garage from liability or responsibility for any damage or loss not so reported.
- No vehicles are allowed to be stored in the parking facility for more than 1 day without exiting the facility. In case of such occurrence, the manager of the parking facility must be notified by the vehicle owner and/or operator. Any vehicle stored in the parking facility over 1 day without notification is subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
- No vehicle repair is allowed inside the parking facility. Vehicle owners and/or operators must notify the manager of the parking facility if your vehicle is being towed out.
