Nashville, Tenn. (October 5, 2021) - Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today the team has assigned forwards Matt Luff and Cole Smith and defensemen Frederic Allard and Matt Tennyson to Milwaukee (AHL). Forward Rem Pitlick was claimed on waivers by the Minnesota Wild.

The Predators' training camp roster is now at 28 players - 16 forwards, nine defensemen and three goaltenders.

Following their two-game sweep of a home-and-home with the Tampa Bay Lightning, including a 6-1 win on Saturday at Bridgestone Arena, the Predators will round out their preseason schedule this week against the Carolina Hurricanes. Nashville will travel to Carolina today for a 6 p.m. CT contest before playing its second and final home game of the preseason on Saturday at 3 p.m. CT. Both games will be broadcast live on Bally Sports South and ESPN 102.5 The Game.
