The Red Wings did not hold a morning skate but six players went out on the ice: Howard, Mrazek, Ouellet, Witkowski, Booth and Frk. Howard is expected to start after Mrazek made 34 saves against the Islanders. … The Flyers, playing their fifth game in nine nights, had an optional morning skate. Elliott will make his ninth straight start. Neuvirth took part in the morning skate but Lyon dress again as his backup.
