A best-of-seven series is now a best-of-three, as the Carolina Hurricanes return home to host the Nashville Predators in Game 5 of the First Round.
Jaccob Slavin, who has missed the last three games with a lower-body injury, participated in the morning skate and was paired with Dougie Hamilton. That's certainly an encouraging sign, but Slavin remains a game-time decision, per head coach Rod Brind'Amour.
