Vegas, which is 6-2-2 in its past 10 games and has set NHL records for expansion teams with 51 victories and 109 points, has clinched first place in the Pacific Division. The Golden Knights will play the first wild card from the West in the Western Conference First Round.
Calgary, who was eliminated from playoff contention on March 26, is 1-9-0 in its past 10 games and has allowed at least four goals in seven of them. The Flames are 4-13-1 in their past 18 games.

Players to watch

Vegas goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury is 8-4-1 with a 1.87 goals-against average and a .940 save percentage with two shutouts in his past 13 starts.
Calgary goaltender Jon Gillies is 0-3-0 with a 3.69 goals-against average and .853 save percentage in three starts since being recalled from Stockton of the American Hockey League on March 26.
