Neither team held a morning skate Tuesday after each played Monday; the Kraken won 4-0 at the Montreal Canadiens and the Sabres lost 4-0 to the Philadelphia Flyers. ... Grubauer is expected to make his first start since Dec. 30, after Jones started the previous five games. ... Sabres coach Don Granato said on Buffalo radio Tuesday morning that Luukkonen, who was loaned to Rochester of the American Hockey League on Monday, "will more than likely get the start." Buffalo would need to make a corresponding move to open a roster spot for Luukkonen. … If Luukkonen does not start, it's expected Comrie would make his first appearance since returning from injury after missing 20 games.
