Pittsburgh Penguins players will wear special purple jerseys in the pre-game warm-up Tuesday as part of the team's "Hockey Fights Cancer" night at PPG Paints Arena. The Pens take on the Florida Panthers at 7 p.m.
The jerseys will be autographed by the players after the game and auctioned on-line starting on October 31, with proceeds supporting research at the UPMC CancerCenter and the Mario Lemieux Foundation. The auction will run through November 13 at
