PHILADELPHIA, PA. -Late Monday night the National Hockey League announced that Tuesday night's contest scheduled to be played between the Carolina Hurricanes and the Philadelphia Flyers was postponed.

This is now the seventh game from the Canes schedule within the last month that needs to be rescheduled. The cumulative list is:
