A five-game home stand wraps up for the Nashville Predators tonight when they host the NHL-leading Tampa Bay Lightning (at 7 p.m. CT).
The Predators (28-11-6) have been perfect for the first four parts of their stay at Bridgestone Arena and have won five in a row overall, including a 4-3 victory over the Florida Panthers on Saturday. Mattias Ekholm (illness) missed Saturday's game and Monday's practice; but skated during Tuesday's optional morning skate. Filip Forsberg (Injured Reserve; upper-body) has resumed skating with the team.
The Lightning (32-12-3) shut out the Chicago Blackhawks yesterday evening to reclaim the top spot in the League. Tampa Bay and Nashville face off for the first time tonight, with their second and final meeting coming at Amalie Arena on April 1.
