The Nashville Predators will play two home games in two days, the first coming on Saturday against the Florida Panthers (at 1 p.m. CT).
The Preds (26-20-8), who will also host the Dallas Stars tomorrow at 5 p.m., are looking to capture four out of four points leading into their mandatory five-day break, which starts on Monday. Florida (23-20-10) won the first meeting of the clubs, a 2-1 triumph at the BB&T Center on Jan. 6.
Nashville lost their most recent game, 4-3, to the New York Rangers on Thursday, while the Panthers also dropped their last game, a 6-3 defeat at the hands of the Los Angeles Kings.
The Preds did not hold a morning skate prior to Saturday's game. Below is their projected lineup based on Friday's practice:
