His professionalism and passion have earned him the respect of his teammates. They also led to his being chosen alternate captain while with the Dallas Stars prior to the 2014-15 season.
Fiddler scored 11 goals in each season from 2006-09 with the Nashville Predators. A native of Edmonton, Fiddler he his NHL career with the Predators in 2002 and played for the Phoenix Coyotes and Stars before signing a one-year contract with the Devils on July 1, 2016.
Fiddler helped lead Milwaukee to the Calder Cup title as the American Hockey League's champion in 2004.
A product of Kelowna of the Western Hockey League, Fiddler signed as a free agent with Roanoke of the East Coast Hockey League in 2001.
