Many of the Nashville Predators' top prospects - including several players selected by the organization in the 2023 NHL Draft - will participate in the team's 2023 Development Camp this week in Nashville.

The camp officially opens on Saturday with physicals and a team dinner, with the first on-ice sessions scheduled for Sunday. Prospects will also hit the ice on Monday and Wednesday before wrapping up the week Thursday at 10:30 a.m. with the Future Stars Game at Ford Ice Center Bellevue.

All on-ice practices will take place at Centennial Sportsplex and are open to the public - so, which prospects can fans expect to see in SMASHVILLE next week?

For starters, 10 of the 11 players selected by the Predators in the 2023 NHL Draft this week at Bridgestone Arena - Matthew Wood (No. 15 overall), Tanner Molendyk (No. 24 overall), Felix Nilsson (No. 43 overall), Kalan Lind (No. 46 overall), Jesse Kiiskinen (No. 68 overall), Dylan MacKinnon (No. 83 overall), Joey Willis (No. 111 overall), Sutter Muzzatti (No. 143 overall), Austin Roest (No. 175 overall) and Aiden Fink (No. 218 overall) - will take the ice in Preds gold for the first time.

Nashville's 2021 first-rounder Fedor Svechkov will also hit the ice at camp after splitting the 2022-23 season between three Russian leagues and signing a three-year, entry-level contract with the Predators in May.

Also in attendance will be defenseman Jake Livingstone, whom Nashville signed to a two-year, two-way contract on June 27. Undrafted, Livingstone signed with the Predators in March following a three-year career at Minnesota State University and made his NHL debut on April 6 vs. Carolina. The 6-foot-3, 205-pound blueliner went on to appear in four more NHL contests for Nashville, averaging 15:27 of ice time, recording 11 shots and dishing out six hits.

Fans can also expect to see Reid Schaefer and Luke Prokop - recent Ed Chynoweth Cup winners with the WHL's Seattle Thunderbirds - as well as Jack Matier, Ryan Ufko, Gunnarwolfe Fontaine, Zachary L'Heureux and plenty of other Preds hopefuls.
