Eller, a center, returned home to Washington due to a family matter and will not play. ... The Capitals are likely to dress 11 forwards and seven defenseman, with Siegenthaler playing for the first time since Feb. 4. ... Raffl skated Wednesday but the forward will miss a third straight game. Flyers coach Alain Vigneault said Raffl's hand is not broken, but did not know if Raffl is day to day or week to week. ...
