NEW YORK -The Carolina Hurricanes are not expected to make any changes to their lineup of 18 skaters on Tuesday as they take on the New York Rangers.

The NHL's latest Rookie of the Month, Pyotr Kochetkov, was the first goalie off the ice at morning skate, however, to err on the side of caution, the below netminder is listed as TBD.
Taking the cautious approach stems from the 23-year-old Kochetkov being the first goalie off last Tuesday ahead of
an eventual 3-0 shutout of the Chicago Blackhawks
, but it was then Antti Raanta who then started that night.
Raanta has started the last five games for the Canes, performing his way to league honors on Monday when he was
named the NHL's Third Star of the Week
. The veteran went 3-0-0 with a 1.30 goals against average and a .944 save percentage.
In front of either Kochetkov or Raanta, no changes are expected for the team that will bid for a 12th consecutive win tonight.
Of note, Brent Burns now has 13 points in his last 14 games.
Carolina's projected lineup for tonight's 7 p.m. EST puck drop is:
Forwards:
Teravainen - Aho - Jarvis
Svechnikov - Stastny - Necas
Martinook - Staal - Fast
Noesen - Kotkaniemi - Stepan
Defense:
Slavin - Burns
Skjei - Pesce
de Haan - Chatfield
Starting Goalie:
TBD
Injuries:
Frederik Andersen (Lower-Body Injury)
Ondrej Kase (Concussion Protocol)
Scratches:
Dylan Coghlan
