No. All current season ticket members will keep their priority date for the following season and will have the ability to renew, upgrade their plan, or relocate seats during the renewal process before members on the waitlist are contacted, based on availability. 

However, if you would like to add additional seats to your plan to reach our maximum of 4 seats, you will need to place a deposit for the new seats by contacting your sales representative.

No, you will have the option to place a deposit to put your name on the list for a Full Season, Half Season or Quarter Season Plan, should they become available. For the 2026-27 Season, a Full Season includes 43 games, Half Season includes 21 games, and a Quarter Season includes 11 games. Number of games per plan, pricing and benefits are subject to change each season.

A sales representative will contact you and present you with the seating options that you will be able to choose from and all other important details such as pricing, payment options, benefits, etc.

You have the option to select your seating preference, which is Lower Level, Upper Level, Club Level or Premium Seating, which includes Club Ledge, Victory Club and the Lenovo Legend Club.

When seats become available for your spot on the waitlist, you will be offered the best available seating options at that time based on your seating preference. Your deposit does not guarantee you a specific seating category, section, row or seat.

Full-season tickets historically become available in the Spring (April/May), while partial plans are available in the Summer (July/August). Pricing and benefits for the following season are historically released in March. Your spot on our waitlist will remain each season until you have the opportunity to purchase seats or you request to be taken off the waitlist.

If you decline the options offered to you, you will forfeit your current position on the waitlist, and your new position will be reassigned to the date on which you decline the offered seats. Since we have sold out of season tickets for the 2026-27 season, available seating will be based on renewals and seats that are released by other members. Seat offerings will be sporadic, and location preferences cannot be guaranteed.

If your situation changes and you decide that season tickets are no longer of interest for any reason, you can contact your sales representative or email [email protected] to request a refund on your deposit.

Your priority number on the waitlist is based on the date and time you placed your deposit. We do not share exact numbers in line but will keep you informed of our availability while you are on the waitlist.

No, deposits are non-transferable.

Season Ticket Members are permitted to resell up to 25% of their tickets. Any resale above 25% would violate the Carolina Hurricanes Ticket Resale Policy, which can be found in the Terms & Conditions.
