RALEIGH, NC. -Antti Raanta will try to win a sixth consecutive decision tonight as the Carolina Hurricanes host the Florida Panthers.

The 33-year-old veteran stopped all 24 shots faced Tuesday night against the Chicago Blackhawks for his first shutout of the season. Tonight will now be his fourth consecutive game started for Rod Brind'Amour's club.
In 13 games this season he is 8-2-2.
In terms of the skaters in front of Raanta, no changes are expected for the team that's currently on a nine-game win streak and 15-game point streak.
Max Pacioretty took part in morning skate, but will not play tonight. Brind'Amour said on Thursday that it is possible we see him within the next 10 games.
Ondrej Kase (no-contact jersey) also took part in the team's skate.
