RALEIGH, NC - The National Hockey League's Carolina Hurricanes today announced that the team will launch the Canes Mobile Tour. The Canes Mobile Tour is a fan-interactive hockey tour that will travel throughout North Carolina at fairs, festivals and community events. The mission behind the Canes Mobile Tour is to extend the Hurricanes grass-roots marketing efforts through a variety of activation elements and presents an opportunity for the team to engage with youth and adult fans across the state of North Carolina. The Tour will make its debut at the 2018 North Carolina Auto Expo at the NC State Fairgrounds from Feb. 15-19.

The Canes Mobile Tour weighs 9,900 lbs. and measures 32' long, 18' wide, and 12.5' tall. Fans will receive a Hurricanes bracelet which will serve as their All-Access Pass through five fan-interactive stations:
The Mobile Tour will also have a separate LED screen that showcases a timeline of key dates and milestones in the teams' 20-year history. Other elements that the Canes Mobile Tour offers are a prize wheel, which fans will spin to win a variety of prizes, and photo opportunities with a replica of the Hurricanes Stanley Cup trophy.
