ST. LOUIS - The Blues chose not to have a morning skate at Scottrade Center on Thursday ahead of their 7 p.m. matchup with the Vancouver Canucks (FSMW, KMOX).
Instead, they're getting some well-deserved rest after a sweep of their five-game road trip - the first sweep of a road trip of five games or more in franchise history.

The trip ended last night with a 2-0 victory over the Detroit Red Wings, a game that Head Coach Mike Yeo was pretty happy with.
"I love the way the guys competed and dug in," Yeo said after the game. "It wasn't perfect at the end of the night, but there were a lot of things tonight that were really good. There were a lot of moments in the game, some of the chances we had, some power plays we had, that we could have extended the lead and made things a little less tense in the end, but all in all, a pretty good road win."
With all the success lately, there's no reason to make too many changes tonight. Yeo will just make three: Jake Allen will start in goal, Nail Yakupov will play in Scottie Upshall's spot and Robert Bortuzzo will take Carl Gunnarsson's place defensively.
Here is the projected lineup for Thursday's game:
