Predators Have Won Last 11 Versus Avalanche, Host Second of Five Straight at Home

The Predators host the Avalanche in Nashville for the first time since the divisional rivals met in the 2018 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Nashville (17-6-1) topped the Avalanche, 4-1, at Pepsi Center on Nov. 7. The Predators have beaten the Avalanche each of the last 11 times the clubs have met, not including Nashville's first-round victory over Colorado earlier in the calendar year.
The Avalanche (13-6-4) have points in seven consecutive games (6-0-1) and possess the NHL's top line, featuring top scorers, Mikko Rantanen and Nathan MacKinnon.
Nashville held an optional morning skate on Tuesday. Below is a projected lineup based on Sunday's game against Anaheim:
