The Panthers GameDay app can be downloaded for free on the App Store or Google Play Store.

If you already have the current app, please open to update as soon as possible.

What is the Fan Loyalty Program and how does it work?

The Fan Loyalty Program lets fans earn points and unlock exclusive rewards like Cats Cash, team merchandise and unique experiences. Earn points by scanning QR codes on in-arena purchases or engaging with the app. Redeem your points anytime in the Reward Store section of the Panthers GameDay app.

Where can I see my points balance?

You can view your points balance in the My Rewards section of the Panthers GameDay app.

What is the GameDay Playbook?

The GameDay Playbook is your go-to guide for everything happening in and around the arena. From pregame festivities to postgame fun, it puts all the experiences, events, and must-knows right at your fingertips -- so you can make the most of your GameDay!

What is Cats Cash and how do I use it?

Cats Cash is a digital currency that can be used for purchases at concession stands inside Amerant Bank Arena and any Pantherland store. Just scan your QR code at checkout to use the Cash. If you do not wise to use your Cats Cash, the option can be turned off with one click of the button on your QR code page.

How do I access my tickets in the app?

You will be prompted to sign up for or connect your SeatGeek account. Once linked, you’ll be able to easily access your tickets or purchase new ones -- all in the Panthers GameDay app.
